Marketing Strategies Gets Back into Recruiting

Marketing Strategies, a market leader in the Intel/Defense information technology field has announced that CEO Nancy Cimino will be refocusing the company on technical and executive recruiting.  With over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development and recruiting Marketing Strategies will focus back on the industry where it got it's start, technical and executive recruiting.  

The history of Marketing Strategies:

In the early 90's, Nancy Cimino opened the technical recruiting firm, Majestic Systems.  The firm grew rapidly and continued to grow until early in 2002 when the evolution of internet job boards caused the recruiting industry to slow down.  
   
With the down turn of 2002, Majestic Systems changed its focus and its name to Marketing Strategies and began to concentrate more on helping companies find efficient and cost effective ways to market their products and services, while still assisting their existing clients with their recruiting needs. 

In 2009, Marketing Strategies focus shifted back to the technical and executive recruiting roots that started the company, to meet the growing demands of our existing customers.   At the same time they partnered with industry leaders to help fill a much needed void for their customers, continuous availability and disaster recovery of their  most critical business applications.  With the ability to keep critical applications such as SharePoint, Exchange, BES, SQL and any other application residing on a Microsoft platform, available at all times, Marketing Strategies has become a critical component in their customers' technology infrastructure.

Marketing Strategies now offers their customers the ability to obtain the most qualified personnel for staffing, from system programmers to executive management, and then assists them in keeping the agencies or business' critical applications operational at all times.
